A well-equipped R&D centre is a foundation for our steady growth and meeting our commitment for quality and innovation. The specific activities of R&D are,

» Treatability & Feasibility Studies
» Pilot Scale Studies
» Process Optimisation
» Performance Evaluation
» Development of Substrate Specific Microbial Consortia
» Process Development for Non Conventional Energy

We have established bench scale models viz. Anaerobic treatment (UASB, attached growth), Aerobic treatment (ASP), Ozone treatment, Membrane Bioreactor (MBR), Tertiary treatment for continuous operation, which are used for process development, design, performance evaluation and process optimisation.

Prakruti has indigenously developed Membrane Biological Reactors (MBR) - Treatment that combines the benefits of Biological Treatment and Membrane Separation. The quality of treated effluent obtained is so good that it may even be fed to RO plant to get the RO Quality water. Advance techniques and membrane technology minimises the foot print area and power requirements. Existing Biological treatments can be easily modified to handle increased loading rates by using MBR.

We have successfully accomplished, to the client’s satisfaction, treatability studies for various effluent from the industries viz. distillery, dyes & dye intermediates, pharmaceutical, food processing, chemical, automobile, dairy, tannery, electroplating etc.
